I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the
Client Access link and enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listed in
My Photos.
What and where is the My Photos link?
My Photos are galleries you have access to that are otherwise restricted access. If you have been granted access to a gallery, first log in, then click on
My Photos next to your name at the top of the screen.
Why should I register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart even if you log out. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders, private galleries (if available), and
favorites.

All Print sizes ship for FREE! Shipping for CDs is only $5.
How long will it take to receive my prints?

What is a Source File? A Source File Set?
A Source File is the original photo in jpg format.
A Source File Set contains all original photos of you from your Race or Track Day.
How do I order a Source File Set?
View any single image in your gallery and then select Source File Set and checkout. Once payment is received and verified Jon will e-mail you a link through which you can download your Source File Set.
How are digital files delivered?
Source Files and Source File Sets are delivered by a unique url sent to your e-mail through which you can directly download your photos. This process is not automated. The unique url is valid for 7 days after which time the url will become inactive. Please remember to make a backup of your photos. If you need a hard copy cd of your digital order there is a $5 charge to cover duplication & shipping costs.
What if I'm not happy with my digital file(s)?
Please contact Jon and he will help you. Due to the inherent nature of digital photography a refund cannot be offered once digital files are delivered, however Jon will do his best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer retouching or cleanup?
Yes, Jon can remove almost anything from a photograph. Please
contact Jon for a quote. If you notice any dust or hairs in your photo, removal of these items is free of charge. Please
contact Jon for more details.
As an OMRRA Member I want to use your photos to make my OMRRA Discount Entry Card. What do I need to do?
Place an order for a Source File and you're good to go.
Can I see season photos from 2005 (limited), 2006, 2007, or 2008?
Yes. You can
Request Photos via the Request Photos gallery and specify the Track Days & Race Days you attended, your race or bike number, and a description of you and your bike. Jon will then create your own private gallery with all photos of you for you to order from. There is a $20 retainer for this service and is applied as a credit for any future purchase.
Other Questions
How are payments processed?
Cash, checks, money orders, and paypal are all accepted forms of payment. If you pay via Paypal e-check please bear in mind Paypal takes a minimum of 4 business days to clear your e-check. No personal financial information such as credit card numbers are processed or stored on this website.
What is your privacy policy?
Information you provide to Jon including your email address, phone number, or shipping address will never be sold, given away in trade, or otherwise without your permission unless required by law.
What is you default licensing?
